COMMENT: The stock market gained back some of its lost ground last week, but the overall trading environment remains quite treacherous. The efforts of central banks in recent weeks to keep the markets afloat have certainly had some effect, but as far as I can tell, there's still a long way to go in rebuilding investor confidence.
