My experience has been that too many personal development programs are big on promises and short on results.

We're left with quick bursts of motivation and a few good ideas.

It's painful and frustrating to put your trust in something with the hope that maybe THIS time it will work...

... that this time you'll wake up refreshed and renewed, with your debts gone, health restored - relationships healed, business booming...

Only to find a few weeks or months later nothing has changed - despite your best efforts.

Life has too many joys available to stay stuck in the same place.

I say - please! - give me something that WORKS.
