Don't Feel Sorry for Pluto
January 8, 2010

No matter what the scientists says, don't overlook the power of Pluto.

Pluto may have been demoted, but it's still a powerful factor in financial astrology and astro-trading.

It wasn't that long ago that the scientific community got together and decided that Pluto, which had been discovered in 1930, should no longer have official status as a full-fledged planet in our solar system. It was just too small, the argument went, and it what had originally been described as a planet was really just a tiny object (perhaps misplaced from the Kuiper Belt) with a very big moon.

So Pluto was given a new designation, and became known as a Dwarf Planet.

Astrologers were dismayed. After all, Pluto had become an important part of modern astrological calculations, and the idea that it was somehow inferior just wasn't all that popular with the astrological crowd.

But all that controversial discussion just didn't matter very much to astro-traders. Pluto still functions as an extremely powerful market timing indicator, whether or not it's a fully qualified planet. It's worth keeping an eye on when you're figuring out your trading strategies.

Saturn/Pluto Showdown

A banking scandal, a deadly game of nuclear brinksmanship, a World Cup upset, and an exceptionally grim performance on Wall Street-these were all part of the action during an important lineup of Saturn and Pluto. The description of the situations can be chilling, but the way that entrepreneurs and astro-traders rose to the occasion will certainly warm the heart. At this point, of course, there's the added benefit of 20-20 hindsight, especially as we see astro-trading signals begin to repeat themselves.
