Our Guarantee To Our Members & Customers
We feel certain your FinancialCyclesWeekly membership and your subscription to this site will enlighten you, entertain you, and provide you with information you can use to improve your trading and enhance your financial well-being.
In other words, our goal is to give you the tools and insights you need to make money in the markets. However, the astro-trading principles revealed on this website and in the FinancialCyclesWeekly newsletter won't generate profits for you unless you put them to work in the markets in the correct manner, and even then past performance is no guarantee of future results. Because of those considerations, and because you are ultimately individually responsible for your own happiness and success, this site's subscription fees are neither refundable nor transferable.
We want to do everything possible to guarantee your satisfaction! That's why, if you choose to end your subscription for any reason, you may do so at any time. Your access to the private materials on this website will cease at the end of the 30-day period currently in progress, or at the end of your current paid-up period, with all subscription fees processed accordingly.
Electronically delivered products sold on this website, such as pdf files, mp3 files, or other downloadable materials, because they cannot be returned, carry the same guarantee as subscription fees. While we are committed to your complete satisfaction, while we will take action promptly to make sure that problems are corrected, and while we whole-heartedly welcome your comments and suggestions, charges for downloadable products are neither refundable nor transferable.
Products which are physically delivered, however, are unconditionally guaranteed for 90 days. If you wish to return a physical product for any reason, please contact us for return authorization, return the item to us or to our fulfillment center as instructed, and you will receive a refund of your purchase price in whole or in part as circumstances warrant. Again, our primary concern is your satisfaction, so we will do everything in our power to make sure that you can purchase with confidence.
Subscription fees and trading-related products may be deductible as a business expense. Please check with your attorney, tax consultant or accountant for appropriate professional advice on this issue.
